Class Registrations Refund Policy
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis for all programs. Full payment is collected upon registration in order to reserve a space in the program.
Cancellation requests may be emailed to email@example.com. Full refunds will be given to students withdrawing from classes at least two weeks prior to the start date. Students withdrawing from class less than two weeks prior to the start date will receive a full refund if we can fill the slot from our waiting list, otherwise we will issue you a 50% credit towards another class.
The Acting Space reserves the right to use photos or video recordings taken during the program for promotional purposes without compensation to the participant. Such photos or videos may be used in print or online marketing materials. Participants will not be identified by name. No reasonable request by a participant to "not use" a particular photo for promotional purposes will be denied by The Acting Space. Please allow 48 hours for removal of a photo requests may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Waiver of Liability
I ACKNOWLEDGE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE ENGAGING IN PERFORMING ACTIVITIES. AS WITH ANY ACTIVITY, THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK OF INJURY. I HEARBY DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ACTING SPACE LLC, THE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS LLC, BARROW MANSION, ST. MATTHEWS CHURCH, THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND HEIRS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSE OF ACTION, OR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTING SPACE PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAMS.
In the event of an emergency we will contact you. If a contact cannot be reached during an emergency. I authorize The Acting Space to administer minor first aid and/or call 911 for medical treatment.
